How should I use your products?
I always recommend using our products on wet/damp hair and skin. Please refer to the instructions section under each product.
Can I use your hair products on straightened or relaxed hair?
Yes! In fact, our Hair Butter and Hair Oil will wrap around each strand of hair and help to protect it from potential damage from heat and chemicals. Of course, if your hair has been heat straightened and you wish to keep it straight, then you can use the product on dry hair, so not to reverse your hair.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. Once dispatched it should arrive within 3 days. Please be aware that dispatch times may change during busy periods. Updated delivery information can always be found here
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the UK.
Can your product be used on children?
Although many customer's use our products on their children without any issues, it's always worth doing a patch test as our products contain essential oils.
How long will it take to see results?
Most people will see results after the first use and will notice healthier looking hair and skin. In terms of hair growth or skin repair, it can take a couple of months to see a difference. Please be patient with results as we are all different.
Please note that Chantel Sachanna has been using her products for many years and her results were not overnight. However, after Chantel remained persistent, her hair and skin started to repair itself over time.
I'm not seeing any results, what should I do?
Unless you are having an adverse reaction to the product, or have an allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients, keep going with it. Hair and skin that has been exposed to years of damage can take some time to repair itself. Patience is key.

All products are handmade in Birmingham, UK.
Are you hair products suitable for all hair types?
Yes, customers with all hair types have reported wonderful results. Simply adjust the amount of product you use depending on the thickness of your hair. Thinner hair types will benefit from using less product.
