Every person has different hair and therefore results may vary from customer to customer. While Chantel Sachanna's hair butter has helped her to repair, restore and grow her own hair, we won’t be held responsible for results below customer expectation.
Please also check the ingredients before purchasing (the ingredients are outlined in multiple places across the site, including here) to check if you are sensitive to any ingredients. Our product has undergone full cosmetic testing for safety, plus we are extremely transparent about our ingredients and we therefore will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or intolerances towards our Hair Butter.

Returns

For hygiene purposes and because this is a handmade product which is made to order, we do not accept returns at this time. Consequently, please order seriously.
