Due to the extreme heatwave currently affecting the UK, we will at times temporarily pause dispatching all products. Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they are naturally sensitive to high temperatures. In this heat, there is a risk that they may melt during transit.

Normal Delivery Policy
Our 100% natural, vegan products are freshly made by hand in small batches. They take time to make and infuse with the different fruits, flowers and herbs, and then they need plenty of time to set.
Orders normally take 2-7 working days to be dispatched. Once your order is dispatched it should arrive within 3 working days.
Please be kind and patient whilst you are waiting for your delivery - we are always doing our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
For hygiene purposes and because these are handmade products, made to order, we do not accept returns at this time. Consequently, please order seriously.
