Where's my order?
Delivery information:
This butter will take longer to reach you then a commercial product.
Why? Because I make all of the butter myself. It takes time to make and infuse with the different fruits, flowers and herbs, and then it needs plenty of time to set.
I will always endeavour to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched it should take around 3 working days to arrive.
Please be kind and patient as I am always doing my best to get your butter to you as quickly as I can.
Did you place your order over 10 working days ago?
If it's been 10 working days since you placed your order and it has not arrived yet, please get in touch via our contact form and we'll let you know what's gone wrong and do our best to fix this for you.
